Glencoe Radon Gas Centre Ltd were exceptionally professional in their approach to work, they recognise the individual problems associated with working in a school environment and made suitable provision to ensure the work was completed safely and satisfactory. Any contractor working for Newport Norse are expected to perform at the highest standards and Glencoe Radon Gas Centre Ltd delivered this requirement.

Having engaged Glencoe to survey and install 3 new Radon sump pumps, I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and customer engagement. However once the actual installation itself commenced, this was surpassed, exceeding even my own exacting demanding standards. As this install was within a food production area and micro laboratory, it was imperative that the area was kept clean where possible. Phil and his team protected the flooring with carpets, dumpy buckets were used to contain the dig spoil, with protective covers over grass areas, all drilling dust was wiped clean and the areas were left perfectly clean and tidy. There was real focus on health and safety, with the working areas well barriered off and signs posted. I cannot compliment the work that Glencoe carried out highly enough and would recommend them to all.

They carried out the work effectively and efficiently ensuring all affected areas were covered with dust sheets and the relevant preparations made. Throughout the duration of the work schedule on site communication between school and Glencoe was paramount. This was done professionally and couldn't be criticised in any way. The premises were left in a thoroughly tidy state - so much so to the fact that one wouldn't have even known that workmen had been on site doing any work. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this excellent and professional company to any business or establishment/dwelling who may be thinking about undertaking any Radon remedial works. My dealings with Mr Hancock himself have shown that he will go that extra mile to ensure as much as is feasibly possible that the correct remedial work has been carried out.
