Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following policies.
Delivery Policy:
Delivery of goods can be arranged on an overnight or up to 7 working days and will be delivered by carrier at an agreed cost to the address given by the customer or as stipulated on the Order. A signature indicating safe receipt of the Goods will be required on delivery or collection.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and the company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.
Returns Policy:
If any Radvac Product does not arrive in an acceptable condition and you inform us immediately, we will arrange to collect it and rectify the problem. All items to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original shipping container. The Radvac DIY kit can only be returned as the complete kit unless an individual item is damaged or faulty.
If you decide to cancel the order you must give us notice within 7 days from of the date of delivery to you. Such notice can be given by 'phone, fax or e-mail. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us at the time of cancellation. On cancellation for whatever the reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are found to be faulty. The goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition to receive a full refund on the goods.
Prices:
All transaction charges are in U.K. Sterling and are subject to 17.5% VAT.
Radvac Products are charged at prices shown on our web site or products list on the date the customer places the order. In the event of any unforeseen change in price due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Liability:
Goods are intended for use in the U.K. and we make no warranties that the goods are suitable for use outside the U.K., or comply with any laws, regulations or standards of any jurisdiction outside the U.K. No export to any county outside the U.K. and Channel Islands.
Electrical Goods:
All Radvac radon fans are 240 volts and should be connected to a 3 Amp Fused Spur by a competent Part P Registered Electrician.
A Residual Current Device (R.C.D) is recommended to the electricity supply when the Radvac Radon Fan is sited externally.
Earthing and Bonding to comply with current regulations, this applies to internal or external radon remedial installations.
